A Canadian crypto platform banks can work with.

TokenNest was built by people who wanted a Canadian crypto platform that banks, auditors and regulators could work with — and that never asked clients to hand over their keys.

Who we are

Vancouver-based, FINTRAC-registered

TokenNest (Crypto World Trade Center Inc.) is a Vancouver-based, FINTRAC-registered money services business providing crypto and stablecoin infrastructure for Canadian residents and businesses: an OTC trading desk, a payment gateway, an on-ramp and off-ramp API and cross-border stablecoin payments, with settlement in CAD or USD.

TokenNest began in 2023 as a small desk buying and selling crypto and stablecoins for Canadians who wanted three things the market wasn't offering together: a firm price, same-day settlement, and their coins in a wallet they control. Larger tickets followed, and the OTC desk grew out of that demand. We registered with FINTRAC as a money services business, then with Revenu Québec, and opened to the Québec market before launching the self-serve platform. The rules haven't changed since day one — the quoted price is the paid price, and we never hold your keys.

Founding story

Built because the honest way to buy crypto in Canada didn't exist yet.

TokenNest started in 2023 as a desk buying and selling crypto and stablecoins for Canadians who wanted a firm price, same-day settlement and their coins in their own wallet. Larger clients followed, and the OTC desk grew out of that demand.

Registered with FINTRAC as a money services business, we then registered with Revenu Québec and opened to the Québec market — the second-largest in the country and one of the strictest to serve.

With the desk proven, we launched the platform: self-serve buying and selling, corporate accounts, and same-day stablecoin payouts for Canadian businesses paying abroad. Same rules as day one — the quoted price is the paid price, and we never hold your keys.
