OTC liquidity, APIs and cross-border settlement built for treasury and finance teams.
TokenNest serves finance and treasury teams that move six to eight figures a month: an OTC desk with firm two-way quotes from $100,000 CAD per ticket, a payout engine for batches of $1M+ CAD to suppliers, subsidiaries and contractors in USDC, USDT or EURC, an on-ramp API to let your own users convert CAD, and a payment gateway for checkout. All of it runs on a FINTRAC-registered, Revenu Québec-licensed, non-custodial platform — assets settle to accounts and wallets you control.
REST API with sandbox keys, webhooks for every state change, and idempotent endpoints for quotes, payouts and settlements. Accounting exports post directly to QuickBooks, Xero or your ERP through CSV or API. Wallet screening runs on Chainalysis before any payout leaves, and settlement infrastructure is provided by Fireblocks. Typical integration is two to four weeks of engineering time; our team reviews your flow before you go live.
Fund in CAD by Interac e-Transfer or wire, or in USD by wire. Convert at a firm quote, hold a working balance in USDC, USDT or EURC, and pay out the same business day to any wallet, or to bank accounts in the US, UK, Europe, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia in local currency. Sales settle back to CAD by wire, EFT or Interac e-Transfer, or to USD by wire; same-day for instructions before 12:00 PT.
You receive the same compliance pack we show our banks: FINTRAC MSB registration M23982356, Revenu Québec MSB licence 21285, AML/KYC policy, Chainalysis screening reports per transaction, and a monthly statement with on-chain transaction hashes for every movement. Qualified custody, where required, is client-directed through BitGo. Your auditors can be given read-only API access.
Enterprise accounts get a named relationship manager, the OTC desk on WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack Connect during 9:00–17:00 PT, and an operations line for settlement questions. Service levels — quote response, payout cut-off, incident notification — are written into the agreement rather than a help-centre article.
Send us your use case, monthly volume and the corridors or assets involved. Enterprise sales replies within one business day, and a scoping call with a solutions engineer usually follows within the week. Corporate onboarding, including KYB and a compliance review, takes 3–5 business days once documents are in.
