Crypto & stablecoin solutions for small business

Accept crypto, convert to dollars and pay overseas suppliers — without a crypto team.

01Three things small businesses use TokenNest for

Most small businesses come to TokenNest for one of three jobs: accepting a crypto or stablecoin payment from a customer and receiving dollars, paying an overseas supplier or contractor without a $30–50 SWIFT wire and a 2–4% FX spread, and holding a working balance in USDC or EURC between the two. You do not need a crypto team — the gateway pays out CAD to your bank, the payout tool takes a CSV of payees, and every transaction shows up with a receipt your bookkeeper can use.

02Accept payments

Add a TokenNest checkout to your invoice, website or point of sale and accept BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT or EURC. The customer pays in crypto; you receive CAD or USD in your business account, or keep stablecoins if you prefer. Fees are under 1% per payment with no monthly charge, and a standard integration — Shopify, WooCommerce or a payment link — is live within a month. Chargebacks do not exist on-chain, so a settled payment is final.

03Pay suppliers abroad

Fund in CAD by Interac e-Transfer or wire, and we convert and pay your supplier in USDC, USDT or EURC the same business day, all-in under 1%. Where the supplier needs local currency, we settle to bank accounts in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia through our payout partner. Minimum is $5,000 CAD per payment; one payee or a batch of hundreds from a single CSV.

04Bookkeeping & CRA treatment

Every buy, sell, payment and payout exports as CSV with the CAD value at the time of the transaction, which is what the CRA needs for GST/HST and income reporting. Stablecoin payments are treated like any foreign-currency receivable; crypto held as inventory or investment follows the CRA's capital-property guidance. We plug into QuickBooks and Xero, and your accountant can be given read-only access to the account.

05Talk to us

Tell us what you sell, who you pay and roughly how much a month. A member of the business team — not a chatbot — calls back within one business day, confirms which products fit and what KYB documents we need (usually incorporation documents, a director ID and a bank statement). Corporate onboarding takes 3–5 business days.
